About Infinite Books
Bookkeepers who have stood behind the counter.
More than 30 years of community pharmacy ownership, and pharmacy management since 2002.
Our background
Out of pharmacy, not out of an accounting practice
Infinite Books came out of pharmacy, not out of an accounting practice. The people behind it have owned community pharmacy for more than 30 years and have been managing community pharmacies since 2002, and they manage a portfolio of pharmacies today.
That is why our reporting looks different. We are not interpreting a pharmacy P&L from the outside — we are reading the same numbers we read in our own businesses, and we know which ones matter and which ones are noise.
We work with community pharmacies, medical and allied health practices, and new owners taking over a business. We are Xero certified, we hold registered BAS agent capability, and we are independent of any buying group.

How we work
The same standard, every month
Accurate and current
Records kept up to date through the month, reconciled against the bank, the wholesaler and PBS income — not reconstructed at year end.
On time, every time
Payroll on the day, BAS lodged in the month, reporting pack in your inbox to a set date. No chasing.
Plain English
A reporting pack you can read in ten minutes that tells you what changed and what to do about it.
Independent
We are not owned by, or aligned to, a buying group. Your financial data stays with us.
No fee, fixed scope
Start with a Benchmark review
Five business days, fixed scope, no fee. We look at your gross margin, wage percentage and category mix, compare them with our Benchmark pool, and give you a one-page summary with three things to act on. If it is useful, we will talk about what comes next. If it is not, you have still got the Benchmark review.
